“Wind energy is no lngoer a minority pursuit. With nearly half a gigawatt already installed and a further 8GW of schemes in the pipeline we are now a mainstream energy supplier.” BWEA’s Offshore 08 conference is being addressed by Environment & Rural Affairs Secretary Hilary Benn, who is expected to outline the potential for jobs and investment the Government sees in offshore wind energy developments. The conference will also see an announcement from the Crown Estate, who are expected to set out their timetable for the next round of offshore site awards. While industry leaders are optimistic about delivery of projects already in the system, many believe the approval’s process for the next generation of offshore wind farms needs to be speeded up. BWEA Chairman, Adam Bruce – Head of Sustainability at Scottish & Southern Energy, said ‘If the UK wants to reach our 2020 renewable targets then we need to kickstart the process. The current 2-3 year site assessment process must be halved, with sites being awarded to developers by the end of next summer.” Bruce added ‘Overall average time it takes to get a scheme approved, built and connected must fall from the 8-9 years in Round 2 to 5-6 years for Round 3.”

My Grandfather made quite a grand living cminog out of the depression, with Live Bait, he started selling worms in tin cans, then minnows. from his front door. Soon he built a building and sold fishing tackle & bread and asprin etc..soon it grew and grew. until he had the first carryout in town. But these days are musch different i think. My daughter just opened a Photography/ local art studio, and she has high hopes of success. i wish her well. she has had good luck over the past year taking portraits of people. putting them on a disk. selling them at low cost. She lives in a collage town and caters to local artists. I hope she can make a go of it. she believes like you do, that this is a perfect time to begin a new busines. but i’m older and it worries me for her to invest in a huge building and everything..

I agree that donations to FOTF, osnbtsiely to help heterosexuals and aid religious freedom, are being flushed down the toilet. But I wonder (honestly, I don’t know) whether the antigay activities are the least profitable part of FOTF or the most profitable.FOTF has long acted like Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. One half offers very bland lessons for white Protestant heterosexual men and women to navigate marital struggles through upper-class-white-Protestant stereotypes of what a man or woman should be. The other half warns that the world is in dire straits due to a loss of (special) rights of (white Protestant heterosexual) couples, loss of freedom (from having to share the nation with people who disagree with conservative white Protestants), and loss of (large) business rights (to pollute our air/water/food, waste energy, send our jobs to China, and loot the U.S. Treasury).Which is more profitable Dr. Jekyll or Mr. Hyde?

I have listened to some of the actuosic versions of the songs, I am not going to listen to any of the final cuts, or full band performances until I get the album in my hands . I want it to be a really new and surprising experience. I don’t want to know what the songs sounds like until I can hear them all in a row, I think that it tells the story much better that way, rather than being really used to one song and then not knowing the other 10 or 11 on the album!Keep strong! I know that you can do it!
